2. Q12 Twins and Triplets
In dichorionic twins, monitoring for fetal weight discordance should be done from 24 weeks. How frequently should Ultrasound be done to monitor for fetal weight discordance?
Continue monitoring for fetal weight discordance at intervals that do not
exceed 28 days for women with a dichorionic twin pregnancy.
If EFW discordance is 20% or more, or if the EFW of any twin is below the 10th centile , then weekly ultrasound and Umbilical artery Doppler should be done.
