This is posterior prolapse.
As Ap and Bp are on posterior wall , if Bp is more than -3, the posterior prolapse gets confirmed. And because A p is -3 and Aa equals Ap ( i.e Aa and Ap coincide, and are both -3 which is normal) , there is no anterior prolapse.
